　　中国华融资产管理股份有限公司成立于2012年10月12日，是经国务院批准，由财政部、中国人寿保险集团（公司）发起设立的非银行金融机构。公司注册资本258.35亿元，由财政部控股，持股比例为98.06%；中国人寿保险（集团）公司参股，持股比例为1.94%。

　　华融资产的词语战略设计看似简单，实则寓意丰富，先知在为其设计时考虑了很多的因素，首先它是公司名称首字母h的一个变形，其次犹如水从高处流下，寓意着川流不息，更后，由于华融资产属于金融行业，而形象图标的这个形状更是古代刀币的抽象化的表现形式。图标选用具有金属色泽的颜色来装饰，彰显了华贵与亮丽，令人赏心悦目。

　　huarong asset's is concise but allegorical. wevin considered a lot of factors when doing the design, first of all, it is the  deformation of first letter h of company's strategy, it also show the significance of flow. the logo is also the abstraction of the form of ancient knife-shaped coin which stands for wealth, metallic colors are added to decorate the pictures which could show  elegance and beauty.
